In 2017, Tony earned his D. Min. from Truth Theological Seminary in Los Angeles. He also has two master's degrees from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri back in 1989. Over the past thirty plus years of ministry in various churches across the country, he is honored to serve many areas locally and globally. He is married to Ying, and they live in Los Angeles with three grown children and two grandchildren presently.

Tony feels blessed and honored to serve as a senior pastor for three congregations of multiple languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
